Global Trader Requirements

Individual:

The above must comply as follows:

• In the applicants name
• Not older than three months.
• The “bills” must show the same address as displayed on the application form.

Sole Proprietorship:

• Certified copy of ID or passport.
• Certified copy or original bank statement – indicating sole prop.

The above must comply as follows:

• In the applicants/Sole Props name.
• Not older than three months.
• The “bills” must show the same address as displayed on the application form.

Company:

• Certified copy of ID or passport of the Directors/Authorised Representatives.
• Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation.
• Memorandum & Articles of Association.
• Board resolution authorising the account opening and appointment of the authorised representatives.
• Certified copy of a utility bill or bank statement showing the name and residential address of at least two Directors.

 
The above must comply as follows:

• In the Companies name.
• Not older than three months.
• The “bills” must show the same address as displayed on the application form.

Close Corporation:

• Certified copy of ID or passport of the Members/Authorised Representatives.
• Founding Statement.
• Registration documents indicating members.
• Certified copy of a utility bill or bank statement showing the name and residential address of at least two Members.

The above must comply as follows:

• In the Companies name.
• Not older than three months.

• The “bills” must show the same address as displayed on the application form.

Trust:

• Certified copy of Registered details.
• Certified copies of ID or passports of the beneficiaries.
• Certified copies or original utility bill, bank statement, traffic fine – any document that shows proof of residence of the beneficiaries.
• The above must comply as follows:
• In the applicants name.

Not older than three months.
